Repair

The Lucas Horzontal Boring mill below resides at CK&B Machine in Pearland, TX. We went through this machine completely, installed a Fagor 8055CNC control and then set it up at the new location all in just a few short months

When Northrop-Grumman needed a custom machine to use on aircraft carrier catapult trough rebuilds IAS Corp. and NCG stepped up to plate and hit a home run with the Multi Function Tool. This custom machine mills, drills, and taps with precision.

This machine head was removed from a large TOS Horizontal Milling Machine prior to shipment.  Upon arrival at it's new home we went through everything and made any needed repairs before re-assembly.

Retrofit

The introduction of this machine tool gained allot of attention for Northrop-Grumman. It eliminated outdated drill machines that weiged 30-40 pounds resulting in a reduction in on the job injuries of 25%. Its ease of use and quick cycle times equate to a savings of $649,500.00 per ship paying for itself after only one use!

Repair

The large planner below was manufactured by Gray, we converted it and another just like it into CNC drills for use in steam boiler manufacturing. These machines have run almost non-stop with very little downtime since the late 1990's

The large ship loading & unloading crane below resides at Kinder-Morgan Bulk Terminals in Newport News, VA.  We provide on-site support for this and other machines for them.  When they have a problem, they call IAS Corp.
