IAS Corp. successfully completed the worlds first fully automated railroad turnout process - complete with tie & tie plate handling, spiking, tie tagging, and vision inspection of completed tie.  Process is capable of producing a short turnout.

IAS Corp. product development team provides innovative cutting edge turn-key products like the ZirconLITHTM line of 3D printers that are used in the Dental and Semi-conductor industries.  In addition to the printers we have developed custom polymers which contain Zirconium, Iron, Ceramic, and more to be used with all ZirconLITHTM printers.
